Caymus Vineyards Cabernet Sauvignon 2009
And they say '04 was a spectacular year for Caymus!? If you're balling on a budget, save up a week or two and grab a bottle of this. Rich, creamy, with an opaque purplish tone, the 2009 Caymus provides a colorful entry of sour cherries, hints of cocoa powder, tobacco leaf, and plums. The bouquet is very alive with mouth-watering aromas of dark/red fruits, undertones of oak, truffles and a touch of smoke. Fine nit tannins make this a pleasure to drink now or enjoy from the cellar over the next 7-8 years. Go grab a few! RH 94+
