Château Guibon 2010
A delicate, well-rounded Bordeaux blend (60% Sémillon, 30% Sauvignon Blanc, 10% Muscadelle) who's bouquet of grass hay, tropical fruit, and sour apples exhibit a refreshing quality. Flavors of White peach, rubber, and minerality dazzle through a touch of alcohol on the finish, delivering an excellent QPR, easy-drinking wine that pairs well with seafood. A great way to beat the summer heat! RH 87
